The Challenge
Create an application that provides cleaning services for dog owners who have difficulty cleaning up dog feces or simply just don’t have the time. The goal is to take what they hate and leave what they love. Meaning we take the waste and leave behind a toy/treat for their pals.
Competitor Research
We conducted research to see if there was any company with a similar concept in order to stack up against the competition but we couldn’t find one. Our goal is to fill that gap and find commonalities from other services that already exist.
Personas
The team created a total of 7 personas to represent the type of users who will use our application. These will help the team determine the needs, behaviors and goals a user might experience. Click on any of the personas to expand in more detail.
User Journey
The next step to create a visualization of what the user goes through when accomplishing a goal prior to using our app and after downloading it. This will help our team align the concept of our app by viewing the user’s experience in their standpoint.

Sitemap
Now that we understand some of the needs, behaviors and goals our user might have, it’s time to make this concept a reality. Before we start wireframing, we need to create a sitemap to perfect and organize the navigation of our application.
Wireframes
Our team has collected enough information about the users and are ready to start designing wireframes with the information we have organized.
The Final Product
Due to the limited time our team had, we weren’t able to prototype or test our product but I want to thank our team for their hard work and effort in making a concept to a product in a month.
